Anyone doing business with this company should have their head examined. The first thing these people do is purposely violate your own policies by placing falsified information to get you to ship the item to another location other than the credit card's billable adddress. Michael Knight (not the one from Knight Rider) is the biggest moron we have ever encounters. First he will place a non credit card billable address, because there is a $25 PO Box fee. We dont' ship to PO Boxes, but we have idiots like this person who thinks they can still place a PO Box address and get away with it, so now we charge to get the policy across. So this idiot purposely places a non po box credit card address just to avoid the fee.

Two weeks later he places a fraud dispute claiming he never gave your company authorization to charge his account and starts playing stupid, calling Citibank and saying he knows nothing about the transaction. Lie after continous lie. This idiot makes all these claims, says he never did anything regarding your company, only to find out that 24 hours after buying the item, he's stupid enough to enter a website complete and legally sign a document openly admitting he was the one that made the charge. He then recontacts his credit card company once again lying through his teeth saying he didnt authorize anything. So immediately we send this theif a collecitons letter and saying that his a*s is going to jail for fraud and attempting to steal the item. The stupid of the stupid, Michael Knight, so what does this idiot do, he sends a certified letter with a notary republic openly admitting that he made the purchase tries to blame other people for his bs. Thinks he can make up procedures and tell you how things are going to go when he's the theif stealing. Total joke. Knight brings a new meaning to the phrase florida moron!
