I signed up for a pay day loan about two months ago and since then every other day I'm fighting an authorized automated debit out of my account from different companies that I've never heard of. After two months of fighting unauthorized transactions, I got fed up, frustrated, was confused and therefore googled my name and found several links on the internet posted through "AmeriCash" that displayed documents with my full legal name, social, birthdate and bank account numbers along with the name of the bank I bank with.

This post is to warn others against AmeriCash. I will be joing the class action suit that is currently pending against AmeriCash.

FYI: if you google the name "AmeriCash" with their name inside the quotes and put the word "lawsuit" outside the quotations, you will find that AmeriCash has several class action lawsuits against them in many states, which is your evidence that my posting is NOT a hoax by any stretch of the imagination. Stay away from AmeriCash pay day loans. because they will scam you, they are fraudsters, they will violate your consumer protection, which will allow scam artists to steal your identity. I'm fighting right now due to "identity theft" which has all stemmed from AmeriCash posting my personal consumer information on the internet.

We believe this is some type of hoax and demand that the author provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened. We would like to know the facts so we can have this complaint addressed professionally. Thank you.
