Rented a car from them all most a month. The car had a slow leak in one of the tires which started Saturday night. Company is Closed on Sundays and Monday happen to be Memorial day which no one answered the phone that day. Called the Ameridrive on Tuesday to explain the issue and I have not been able to use the car for 2days which was two of the most profitable days for Uber drivers and I wanted those two days refunded because I paid for them.
I took the car to Pep Boys during the days Ameridrive was closed and Pep Boys would not work on it until they got a work order from ameridrive which could not happed because they where closed. They would not issue a refund. Rude and very horrible customer service to me. I am renting this car to do a job and the car is not working and no reimbursement. What do you call that?
