I do not know why this has to be in RoR? It is nice to hear that you could get out of your problem, but it is also somewhat dirty play as well. Not everyone would be lucky as you are.

By the way, you praised Bush for warning Fanni Mae & Freddie Max, who actually pass the law to deregulate the bank at the same time? Anyway, there are so many people involved in the mess (banks & real estate people & buyers) and they are for one thing -- money. I do not want to see partial truth of certain situation. At least, I hope you do not get into the same mess again.
