AmeriP.O.S. - AmeriPOS - Ameripos - Rick Nye ripoff Scam didn't deliver on promises made Hallandale Florida
*Consumer Comment: News About Rick Nye, how ironic!
AmeriP.O.S. ripped me off too.
My $16,000 investment has only returned $24 in profit and only 4 of my 10 terminals were placed.
Now the company has disappeared overnight and current "distributors" now have to work with Radiant Telecom who has no locator services and makes their agents pay for shipping of products to merchants.
What to do??? Hoping for a class action law suit.

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A former Miami-Dade Police Officer was sentenced to eight years in prison on Monday for a fatal hit and run.
***** was convicted of leaving the scene of a car crash that killed a Pompano Beach man in 2006.
the Officer(nameless) struck the vehicle of 54-year-old Rick Nye, then fled the scene, leaving his own car behind.
Nye was ejected from his sport utility vehicle and hit by several passing cars on busy Interstate 595. "I'm here to apologize, to give you my face, to tell you that I'm ashamed of myself, I'm embarrassed of what I've done, and everything that's gone on because of my actions," said officer.
The victim's wife, Debbie Nye, rejected his apology in court and is still grieving over her husband's death. "And on that morning of October 10th, Mr. officer, you were nothing but a coward!" she said in tears.
