These corporations are in the practice of over appraising the properties and chargeing outragious interest rates. They also sale youre accounts
without giving required notice of sale and not passing on all information and payments made to the company who buys the mortgage.
Their appraisels are done ussually by drive bys and are not an accurate appraisel. These are some of the practices that were done to us and we have the proof of this.

SINCE MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT I HAVE SENT 3 COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE TO GMAC THAT THE MONEY THEY WANT HAS BEEN PAID AND THEY STILL ARE NOT CREDITING MY ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY ARE RAISING MY PAYMENTS AGAIN AND THEY PUT ME IN ESCROW AGAINST MY WISHES. ONE OF THE LOSS MIDAGATIONS REPRESENTIVES TOLD ME THAT THE COUNTY THAT I LIVE IN CONTACTED THEM AND SAID I REFUSED TO PAY MY PROPERTY TAXES AND THAT IS WHY THEY PUT ME IN ESCROW. FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS I HAVE PAID MY OWN TAXES AND INSURANCE ON MY PROPERTY BUT THIS YEAR I DID NOT GET MY TAX PAPERS AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT IT THE COURT HOUSE SAID THAT GMAC TOLD THEM WE WERE IN ESCROW. ANOTHER LIE FROM GMAC THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN OR STEAL YOUR HOME OUT FROM UNDER YOU.
