Ameriquest mortgage is a rippoff and I do not know where to turn,I had got behind on my mortgage payment and set up a forberance agreement, I recieved this agreement July 8th by fedex, the forberance agreement was dated the 5th and that is was null and void if not returned by fax on the 5th of July, Now they will not work with me, can someone please help I have over 30k in equity and the company has now ruined my credit.
