I ordered downloadable Pagemaker 7 in June, 2004; was unable to download it but was charged for it.

In July, 2004, I was charged for the order again, with a different order number; he insisted that I had downloaded it again. He would not respond to the fact that I hadn't even downloaded it the first time.

On February 18, 2005, I have received an e-mail charging me for another order with a new order number.
