AMERITRAIN ripoff TOOK MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICES PAID FOR CHARLOTTE North Carolina

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

first of all i would like to thank you for efforts on
our behalf to get to the bottom of this. i am yomo
kornegay and i personally gave monies to joeseph
eustace ($300 in check, $600 cash)for my enrollment in
their training sessions for A+ net+ and mcse
certification.

the amount came from what was to be 25%
of the total cost for the class. the remaining amount
was to be financed by ameritrain gauranteed.that was
their promotion. i was working for serex vending at
the time i learned of this promotion.serex is also
seeking damages i assume from failure to pay their
outstanding balance with them.

in any case i am in desperate need of my money because i have newborn twins that joeseph eustace was well aware of and subsequently left my job to train with ameritrain to
increase my income.

i also have a 3 year old! i am now unemployed and strapped for cash all because of this fraud. i want to sue because of the events that has transpired and the predicament i find myself in but am not sure of how to go about it.

anyway, your help along with others including tom mccain are greatly appreciated.
