Ameritrust Financial Credit ripoff Stole money from me and my children Nationwide
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Ameritrust Financial Is A Scam
Ameritrust Financial Credit is a ripoff and they don't care who they (hurt) take from. They took my money out of my account (which is like taking it striaght out of my childrens hands and mouth) with no intention on delivering their part. My money was already light but I believed they would help me with my credit so I went along with it and allowed them to rip me and my family off. I just want my money back......................................PLEASE!!!!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Ameritrust Financial Is A Scam
AUTHOR: Robin - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, August 12, 2007
I worked for Ameritrust Financial for a year and a half and I can say that this company is not interested in the consumer they are supposedly trying to help. We were coached in leading on the customer and speaking as fast as you can in order to confuse the customer. When they ask questions we were supposed to avoid answering with to much information. The company is not interested in their employees only how many sales we can make. I was paid a small portion of the 200.00 that they collected from each sale. I was terminated for asking for paperwork applying to the sales i earned that they kept from me so I could claim it on my taxes as a loss. I personally have been told many times by many customers that they were led to believe that they were getting a visa card only to find out later that it was a merchant card. Many incoming calls were for customer srvice that I had to take as they don't answer they're calls. I personally have heard several representatives tell customers that they were getting a visa card. These people are not going to help you they just want your 200.00
