amershop.net Fradulent Charges Internet

On 03/22/12, I recieved debt charge on my checking acct from amershop.net.
The amount was only 2.95, but I feel they are fishing for a active acct...to come back and ripoff more later. I have never heard of this company, nor any service from this company. I did not authorize the said debit. I have contacted the company no nreply as of yet. thus no refund as of yet.
What make it worse the bank said they cant help as of now...just check your acct in a day or 2
What gives this company the right to just steal money by fraud. and seems like no one cares or wants to help.
Everyone beware....sticky fingers are out there  and Amershop.net   has sticky fingers !
