Although they claimed I ordered what I received, I could not find it anywhere in their online catalog, nor could they give me a link to the item they sent. I ordered a between the seat car organizer and was sent a skinny leather sleeve that falls through the space between the center console and the seat. This was clearly a bait and switch tactic.
They offered to provide a refund if I returned the item but told me that it would be as expensive as the refund since it had to go to China. Companies like this are banking on the return process being so expensive and time consuming that people will just not bother.
I did return it to the cost of $17.25, which PayPal will refund, because I feel that companies should not be rewarded for a bait and switch advertising. Stay away from this company!!!
