I purchased Amigo Sale's DIY Casting Kits for a Valentine's Day gift to some of the members in my family. I purchased a total of 4 kits on February 1, 2018. I received email notifications that both had been shipped a few weeks later, but here it is over a year later and they haven't been delivered.
I replied to both email notifications several times between then and now to reach Amigo Sale to see what the statuses of both orders were and got no response. I'm into this for nearly $200, and I even paid for fast shipping.

Their website mentions that they are in Georgia, and they don't have a phone number listed to contact them. The only ways to contact them are their "Contact Us" page, their online chat which is unavailable, and emailing either admin@amigosale.com or support@amigosale.com. I've never gotten an email back from the Admin email address and when I sent one to the Support address, I got a mailer deamon response.
