Ample Business Solutions misrepresents mailing lists that it sells to businesses for customer contact. When mailing lista are delivered they do not meet the criteria of the brief.
Payment is made in advance Ample Business Solutions do not accept credit cards so there is no recourse for refund through the a credit card company.
The fundamental issue is this - This a fraudulent activity where the service (the mail list) is deliberately misrepresented to obtain payments? When refunds are requested Ample Business Solutions ignore calls and emails and give false email addrsseses for the person to contact. This is a deliberate and fraudulent misrepresentation.
This is not the first complaint made against Ample Business Solutions the Better Business Bureau has other complaints filed against this company.
Be warned if you use this company you will not get what you ordered and WILL NOT get your money back.
