amtrust/warrantech Refusing to pay claim alvarado, Texas

This warranty company is refusing to cover the parts used on my car.  They were not available during normal business hours for me to contact and when I did talk to them they refused to talk to me and only told me to have the mechanic call.  They put you on hold forever and are very rude.  They are refusing to pay for my rental car even though I could have gotten my car back sooner if they would have been available for the mechanic to call.  I had to leave a message for the supervisor who, of course, is not calling me back.  This company is a rip off artist who takes your money and then leaves you hanging.  I am going to pursue this everyway I can.
