I needed an Tax ID for a trust. As per the lawyers specification I needed answer to some questions. The Customer service/ Support is non existent. I have left 4 voice-mails for help non of the calls have been returned.

Is this the service I will be getting for $150?? I could have applied for this through my CPA who is working on my taxes for a fraction of the cost, but I just though it might take longer.
