Anatole Pegasus Residential Took $1291 from a disabled single woman , rented apartment with barely working AC. Daytona Beach Florida

 Applied to this complex and was approved. Provided $710 move in costs and pro-rated rent totaling $1291 to move in June 2, 2016. Was asked to sign lease prior to moving in. Did not accompany me to the apartment at move in, handed me the keys. I immediately discovered AC was barely working- heat index is over 100, I am disabled and have a dog. They argued that it was "okay" refused to repair (Maintenance flat out stated"they will NOT repair the AC.") They've refused to return any money, i.e. The $710 in move in costs. I've incurred additional expenses because of all this, detrimentally affected my health, and have been forced to find other housing all over again.
