Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I paid $210 for six research hours on 1 Sept 06 by check by mail. My check cleared on 11 Sept 06. I heard nothing after that. I emailed the company for a status on the research 7 Nov 06 no response. I faxed the company on their published fax number 30 Nov 06 - no response. Emailed both ancestry@consultant.com and melanie@ancestralbranches.com and also by their fill-in-the-blank form on their website on 5 Dec 06 notifying them I was going to turn this over to the authorities - no response. Telephone always busy. This seems to be a scam where honest trusting customers money is plainly stolen.

After filing complaints with IC3, BBB, and several others the BBB came through. They seem to have sent a letter to the business which resulted in them providing the report I purchased.
