I purchased windsheild wipers for my car from the company Anco.
The receipt gave me a aaddress to send in for a 10.00 rebate. The check came from a outfit that call themselves Federal Mogul,the check is drawn on a bank that is Comercia Bank Detroit Michigan. No address of web site.
