Super rip off/ company preys on people with this so call title loans interest rates are almost triple. no one reads the fine print until they realize they have been ripped off pay back over $4000 on a $1500 loan. This is loan shark i the state of virginia. how can this be legel?

Only an absolute idiot would agree to terms of a contract WITHOUT reading what those terms are! Apparently YOU failed to read what YOU agreed to. Now you're here to cry, whine and stomp your feet and blame them because you don't have the common sense to READ before signing!
