Anderson Ford Service Department kept my truck for 36 days for a 2 day repair job to my A/C and then charged me for the rental the warranty company would not pay. Cleveland, Texas

The Service Department kept my truck for 36 days for a A/C problem. This problem should have been corrected in 2 days. The warranty company only would pay for 10 days on the rental car , I got charged for the rest. The Company could not justfy keeping the truck for that long and made me pay 200.00 additional for the car rental or keep my truck. I had to taker the truck to a different dealer for the same problem within a week becuase Anderson Ford did not even repair the problem . Gullo Ford fixed it properly in 2 days no problems no hassels. I WAS RIPPED OFF BY ANDERSON FORD MERCURY OF CLEVELAND TX
