Andhy Williams rented a house from an elderly lady. He stopped paying rent and had to be evicted.  There was a judgment entered against him by the Superior Court of Los Angeles in the amount of $11,350.  That judgment has now grown to almost $14,000.

Andhy Williams destoryed her property and according to neighbors had people going in and out of the house at all hours of the day.  Upon inspection, we were shocked to see such filth and exptensive damage.  We were even more shocked to see a white powdery substance on the dresser in the bedroom that appeared to be cocaine.  You can see a picture of the cocaine at andhywilliams.wordpress.com/andhy-williams-cocaine/

We are now struggling to try to collect from Andhy Williams but are dsicovering just how slippery he is.  It appears that most of what he wrote on his rental application may be false including past employmnet, addresses, landlords, income and prior evictions (there seems to be another past eviction according to public records if this is the same person).

It seems Andhy Wlliams has been evicted before.  Lying, cheating and scamming seem to be his M.O. and that it is second nature for him.

Andhy Williams has no assets and seems to be broke.  We levied a bank account and got only a few thosuand dollars.  Public records show no real estate or other assets.

Andhy Williams dispued the bank levy claiming that the funds are subject to another withholding order.  He signed that document under penalty of perjury.  That means he has other judgments.  It seems that Andhy either lied ot the court or has issues with many people.
