This man ruined my life! I paid for three properties in Chicago and Buffalo area and never gave title to properties. He cannot be seen or heard from again. He is a crook and not to be trusted, he is in Chicago area. He will ask for money upfront and not deliver on conveyance of the property. Beware.

This guy responded to an craigslist of mine. I've replied to his emails only four times. He said he'll pay triple of the two properties I had from march 6 to March 15th then demanded I transfer him both of my properties. Please read the attachments of whoever this guy is.
