I don't often respond to false statements but I do feel strongly about this one and would like to verify our position. We have already spoken to this gentleman regarding his distorted complaint on other websites. In fact we are in the process of taking our own action against him but had given him the opportunity to resolve any issues he has. The fact that he refuses to speak with me by telephone says a lot about his sincerity and pretending the opposite is the case is an outright lie. His latest request on the 16th of March was for us to transfer his website to another hosting server for which our support team agreed on the understanding that he cleared the outstanding balance he still owes as ownership can only be tranferred at that time. We have not heard back from him since but he continues posting inflamatory and distorted statements. My offer is still open to talk him by telephone but I feel this will not happen.
