Andrew Burk FrontPoint Security, Director of Customer Relations; University of Florida This guy is a con-artist. He is responsible for criminal activity regarding a townhome. He pretended to act as the "landlord" while not owning the property. He was paying the owner 2200 a month. He charged the other tenants enough rent to cover his own expenses. He said the rent was 3900. Gauged other tenants for utilities and continually tried to raise the rent. As a tenant, he wrote a fictitious lease and lied to the roommates about what he was paying the owners of the townhome. Falls Church - Virginia

Andrew Burk, graduate of University of Florida (2006), is a con-artist. He rented a 3-bedroom townhome from an owner. The rent amount was $2,200 a month in Falls Church, Virginia.
As a tenant, he pretended to be a "manager" of the property to other potential renters. He wrote fictitious leases and had roommates move in and sign the leases. He lied to the other roommates and said the stated rent was $3,900.
He overcharged his roommates for utilities and continually tried to gauge them for higher rent. He said each person should pay $150 in utilities each month.
He should be charged with criminal activities for his fictitous, illegal, and unethical behavior. Any employer should be weary of hiring this smooth con-artist.

From the extremely personal way you phrased this report, I am led to assume you were one of said roommates. A word of advice; personal issues are not appropriate to share on a public professional forum. If you seek legal action for what you believe was done to you, then do so. Do you have any proof that this man did all these things? If so, then you should not be wasting your time waiting for comments and approval from the general public. If not, then I refer to my previous statement all the same. This is not a social forum where you can bash whoever you want for whatever reason you want, whether the claim is founded or not. This is a professional site where consumers go for research, and you are wasting their time.
