Purchased a Liquid Scintillation Counter from Firstenberg. Andrew said the instrument was packaged correctly. The lead was removed, etc. The lead was not removed and the LS Counter was damaged in shipping. Andrew said in February 2010 he would send a check to cover half the cost. We are still waiting for it. It is now April 30.
