I bought an ebook initially from Andrew Gotti who claims to be a CPA Expert from Melbourne, Australia on Warrior Forum Website as a Warrior Special Offer WSO. The book had some good reviews so I decided to buy it for around $7. Afterwords, as expected I kept on getting emails from Andrew about several other products occassionaly. One day, he sent me an email about his new product Comission Vantage. The sales Copy was great and it seemed a great investment. I was looking for a mentor in CPA marketing so I could make huge amounts of money that Andrew was making and claiming.

Despite having deep financial trouble and amidst serious problems, I decided to invest $997 in Andrew Gotti's progamme as I was desperate to get out of the challenges I was on and hoped that orking hard under Andrew's Mentorship, soon I would be making six figure income! I took a credit card loan and went for it. The site had material that was just an extention of the $7 product I already bought however in the sales copy, great content was promiced to be added every month. I only received some content for first 2 months and then nothing happened. I emailed Andrew, but no response received. Few days later, the site vanished!

I then searched and found Andrew Gotti's profile on all popular sites. I sent him message via Linkd In and sent him a tweet too but no response received. I checked his Warrior Forum activity and he is still active there with last activity reported by Warrior Forum only 2 days ago.

I waited for nearly 7 months now before writing this report. I must clarify that the I was happy with the $7 product hence I bought the entire course in good faith but I am deeply disappointed.

I wrote this report with the intention that no one else falls prey to this scam.

I am writing again to confirm that Andrew Gotti has been in touch with me via Email. Andrew sent me a very detailed email explaning why the site was shut down. It was simply due to non activity of members and very few sales were made. Additionally, there was huge running cost invlolved.  

It seems, all the problem occured due to lack of communication. Becuase the site was out of order, my emails were going to an inactive email address hence Andrew could not read my emails. My social media messages were also going no where as Andrew made his profiles on those websites but very rarely used them. During my recent communications with Andrew, I have realised that Andrew is a Genuine Marketer who prides on his excellent reputation. To put things in order, Andrew sent me full refund of my purchase. In addition, Andrew paid all the charges and fees of the bank transfer on his side, as well as my side. Furthermore, Andrew has repeatedly offered me to help and coach on the course for free!

To me, all of this proves that Andrew takes care of his valuable customers. Mistakes or lack of communications are done by us all. I also feel that I was rather harsh in my comments in my previous posts above without knowing the full facts. 

Finally, I confirm here again that I have received full refund, full ongoing training and support and help from Andrew Gotti. I reccommend this Marketer and I have sunbscribed to him again.

I am confirming on this Forum that Andrew has explained the situation in detail via Email and it seems that the problem was due to lack of communication. 

 

Andrew has unquestionably agreed to refund in full and has also offered me to coach and mentor as a follow up on that course that I bought. I am thankful to this Forum and Andrew for making this right. I will post another update again after receiving my refund.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for replying to make it a bit clearer about your situation and why you did not request a refund within the first 60 days. Your situation does make more sense now and I agree that myself and my CV partners should have made it clearer that we put in a whole bunch of content early rather than let it drip feed over 6-8 months. I am not sure how many high end courses you have purchased before but the amount of content we delivered was well above average.

As I mentioned previously, I will always attempt to keep my clients/partners/customers happy and if the only way to do that is to refund your purchase for the course then yes, we can make that happen. You will likely notice that this is just about the only negative review (that I know of) that I have ever had from a buyer of the CV course so I hope you understand that I am certainly not on here ripping people off.

Please find me on the WF (user: AndrewG) and get in touch so we can sort this out.

To answer your questions about the discussion forum and why it was closed, we were finding that they were not being used (as you would have noticed too) and that most people had exchanged skype/email addresses and were getting in touch that way instead. I am actually still in touch with a large portion of our members discussing new projects together. Regarding notification of the course website being shut down, there was a message inside the course for about 3 weeks before we closed it but now in retrospect I agree that an email should have been sent explaining that too.

I am really hoping to once again have you as a satisfied customer as you were before so please make the effort to get in contact with me directly as suggested or provide me with a way to contact you instead.

Andrew,

First of all, thanks for sending the response.  You asked why I didn't ask for refund within 60 days. The answer is, as mentioned in my report above, that you promised to offer content that would have provided training for 180 days. The actual training material provided was within 60 days. Once the refund period was over, no content was delivered. The Content was not full as you mentioned above and is a blatant lie that all the content was delivered within 2 months!! It is simply not true.

I did send you messages while the site was live and requested refund however by that time 60 days time frame had already passed. After my messages, you then decided to close the site with no email, no warning, simply nothing. 

1) If it was not possible for you to carry on with the site, why wasn't it mentioned anywhere?

2) If you had no plans to keep the site live for even 6 months, why did you start the Discussions Forums within the site? 

3) I have a record of all of your 6 emails that you sent during the course. Honestly, as an Internet Marketer, if you sell courses for $997 and then shut your site down within few months without sending any communications to your subscribers, that shows Real Lack of Respect and quite frankly, classifies as a Rip Off! If you are not intending to return my money, then why should I even bother contacting you on Warrior Forum? I am happy to know that you have some satisfied clients (of whom I was one), but I feel that you have cheated me. 

I am willing to update this report positively if and only if you return my money.

Firstly, I am sorry to hear that you were overall disappointed with the course but it was definitely no scam so I would be happy if you could withdraw that accusation. We had a bunch of great testimonials from people who made the effort and implemented what was taught in the course and built up their businesses with it. We offered support for all our members as promised and even live chat with our support team if you needed extra help.

I was actually alerted of this report by someone who was also in the course who showed me this so I could set the record straight.

Everything that was initially listed as being included in the product was delivered and we even delivered extra material early too (all of the material was all delivered in the first 2 months rather than over 6-8 months as initially planned). It seems as though you were expecting more material after the first 2 months but since we delivered it all early, this was not the case. Perhaps we were partially at fault for not clearly explaining that all of the content was due to be delivered early - most of our members just made the most of it and were happy that they did not need to wait.

We got a lot of feedback after the first month to release all of the material right away rather than slowly add more each month. In response to this, we added a whole lot of material to the program in the second month so people did not need to wait any longer and had everything that they needed. 

I would also like to point out that there was also a very generous 60 day refund policy which meant you could have asked for a refund if you were not happy with the course. I am not sure why you waited so long instead of simply being refunded or even issuing a charge-back right away if for some reason you could not get in contact with myself or our support team.

Rather than take the course down soon after the first 2 months, we decided to leave the course material live for over 6 months before finally ending the course and taking it down (note that it was written as a recommendation in the course to download a copy of the material if you planned to keep it for future reference). These never stay live online forever as it is just not practical to do so.

I understand that there will always be people who are disappointed in any product or service but we did offer a generous refund period for this reason and to be honest, I am puzzled as to why you did not get a refund within that first 60 day period.

It is good to hear that you were happy with previous products offered by myself and that this was just a one off event that has you disappointed. The likely reason why you did not hear a reply from the email you tried to send me is that we shut down the email account shortly after closing the course. As for twitter and others, I rarely use them.

Although I am unable to send a direct refund now due to it being a long time outside of the 60 day grace period after purchase, I would be happy to try and rectify the situation by talking to you personally and seeing what we can do to make you happy. Please introduce yourself and contact me directly via Private Message on the WF and I am sure that we can work it out (would have been best if you had done this from the beginning so we would not be in this situation now). I pride myself on keeping my clients, customers and partners happy so I will do my best to make this right for you.
