Andy Tesler rented a house from us over the past 3 years. Not only did he trash the house he stopped paying any rent and utilities. He currently owes about $3000.00 dollars for non paid rent and utilities. He did move outbid the idea few months ago but because of all the crap he left behind we are still unable to rerent the house. He abandoned so ugh stuff that the estimate for clean up will cost us another$ 1500.00.
