Casa Bella Development loaned Andrew Tuitavake a good faith loan to the amount of $14,000.00. He signed a promissary note to pay back Casa Bella Development the $14,000.00. Andrew has failed to make one payment and has therefore failed to fulfill his agreement with Casa Bella Development to pay back the loan. We have made several attempts to contact Andrew which have been unsuccessful.
