The nature of these circumstances is , I am ready to admit, debatable in terms of its legality,
and I wish that actions will be taken regardless of prejudices around the businesses.

I have been ripped off by online scammers. Though I am not a website person and rarely operate in commercial websites. I was unaware of the danger until I have been ripped off, and some other sites including the FBI helped me make judgement on online sales prior the dealing with sellers.

In my country, a recent coup took place. Travelling out of the territory was being prohibited by international community for some individuals.
As the matter has political grounds, I felt safe until it affected me.
the situation is real , stores had been burned down and houses as well.
All this is verifiable by the very news, thus I am not entering onto details.

Although I am not in the position to make judgement, I wish to be clear as possible on how I got involved.
Maybe it is not within the limit of legality. Under certain circumstances, as said, exceptions make rules more stronger.

My older sister was sick in a hospital in Paris. I neede to travel in an urgent and irreplaceable way.
All options I had was an issylium, but this is unreasonable as it could be only a quick travel.
Local situations became harsh and really tough.

I choose to ask for a novelty product(travel document) at the site and was replied that exception can be made as 
the product could be genuine ( real and registered) , so no falsity or fake would come into question.

I paid but never had anything in return. Recognized organizations in the Eastern Europe conducted the affairs, probably hidden government activities. Those were asserted to me during our contacts time.

I have been thinking long time before deciding to report, not because I have been wrong myself,
BUT WHY such countries are allowed to do so?

I am ready to take this to any international court and before interpol with the condition thatat least those two persons are apprehended and the two countries explain themselves before legal  authorities.
 
HERE stay the very purpose of this my report. I might have been engaged also not within the Law here, but SOME people in some countries, sovereign, are operating FAR BEYOND LEGALITY.

Those names ( I have other data on them, when a proceedure are under way), the email and the site are a sort of the hidden place where they operate.

Where will you be providing help, or report them to Interpol, FBI? I will be glad to assist to stop this.
