Andy Cooper is the landlord of a very dear friend of mine. i also babysit her 7 yr old daughter. They have been without heat for the last month because Mr. Cooper refuses to fix the furnace. The back door to the house is also in need of fixture there is a window broken out of the door and Cooper has known about the door for several months now, and he refuses to fix that also.

Then there is the roof. Just a few weeks ago a big rain shower came through and the roof busted open and water came pouring into the house. He says that he fixed the roof, but I'm always there during the day and not once have i seen him come to fix anything. He has gotten very rude with my friend and has threatened her and she says she is going to refuse to pay him this months rent due to the fact he has been a slumlord and wont do the maintenace on the house that is his job to fix. This man is also a thief. He is going to go to prison here in the next few months due to the fact he embezzled $250,000.00 dollars from a local company called "alcoa". And he is trying to get away with stealing more money from my friend thats how i see it anyways.

I see her basically paying him to not fix the place. folks its winter time here in kansas now. It gets very cold at night. there is a fireplace in the home but never any firewood due to the fact my friend works 2 jobs 7 days a week and doesnt have the time, the way , or the financial support to even hire someone to bring would to her. Mr. cooper is going to evict her if she doesnt pay rent in the next 2 days. How can my friend be helped? This is a bad situation due to the fact she doesnt have the money to move or anyway of moving her belongings. She is worried about her daughter getting sick because the house is cold at night. I have been trying to help her as much as i can, but i can only do so much. And thats when i found this website and decided to take some action and maybe get some justice for this single mom and her daughter. I hope and pray help will come to this woman soon, and i can only hope and pray that MR ANDY COOPER of ARLINGTON KANSAS gets what he deserves for being a slumlord and everything else that he is. One more thing AND I'M TALKING TO YOU COOPER WHEN I SAY ALL THE THINGS YOU WILL NOW BE READING.., YOU OWN an extermination company called williams extermination, you have the money to fix these problems, i mean my god man you just stole a quarter of a million dollars from the company you use to work for.

ANDY quit being an a*****e and at least put that money to good use and help ur tenant. Its required u meet her demands by law. Its called "THE RENTERS ACT BILL" AND YES WHAT THE BILL SAYS ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF THE RENTER IS ALL TRUE. AND YOU HAVE REFUSED TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS. SO THEREFORE YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW ONCE AGAIN. YOU MUST LIKE BEING AN HABITUAL OFFENDER. IT SEEMS TO BE ALL YOUR GOOD AT, THAT AND SCREWING A POOR DEFENSELESS SINGLE MOTHER OF A 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, BY MAKIN THEM FREEZE AT NIGHT AND GET SOAKED WHEN IT RAINS AND WATER POORS IN FROM THE CEILING, AND THE FACT THAT LOCKING THE DOOR WONT DO MUCH GOOD WHEN THE WINDOW IS BROKEN OUT AND U REFUSE TO FIX THAT. YOU ARE WILLINGLY AND KNOWINGLY PUTTING THIS WOMAN AND CHILD IN DANGER. YOU ARE A MEAN, EVIL , AND RUTHLESS NO GOOD SCOUNDREL AND YOU NEED TO EITHER GET THE PROBLEMS FIXED OR GET READY TO BE TAKEN TO COURT. NOT THAT YOU WOULD CARE YOUR ALREADY GOING TO PRISON. i hope this helps my friend and her daughter. They are out of options for the time being. God bless everyone, and please tell people about this evil, evil man. thank you

Kimber,

Here are the facts.

1. The renter withheld money from rent due to fix the window that they broke.

2. When I found out that the heater was not working properly I sent a repair company to the house to fix it.

3. I don't know how long the heater was broken because I could not find the renter for over 6 weeks, due to the renter being behind on rent and writing bad checks. I can get copies from the bank if you would like.

4. When the renters moved in they were going to buy the house in 3 months but could not get financed anywhere, and I had to evict them in the end.

5. When the renters seperated and the male left, the female stayed, for approximately 5 more months, the cops were called at least 3 times for domestic disruptions and my property was damaged to the tune of over 4k.

6. It must be nice to be able to get on a computer and attempt to slander someone without worries of being held accountable for anything that you say.

7. You live in Sylvia why don't you go down and talk to my renter that is in the house today and see how they are getting along.

8. In the end I lost over $5500.00 and a house sale by renting to your innocent friend.
