I have never fallen for a scam before. I have requested a refund but continue to get email like this.....Thanks for contacting us. While I will certainly honour your request for a refund, may I ask you to spend more time to valuate the program. You have a full 3 months to try it out. Read the program, print it out, put the modules to the test. Then if you still don't feel that it was worth it I will be more than happy to issue you a prompt refund. Of course, either way, the bonus ebooks are yours to keep. Please let me know what you decide.
Thanks!
I tell them I still want my refund, then I get this....Thanks for contacting us. We would like to inform you that The certificate program is a 7 week Rebate Processor training program. At the end of the 7 weeks you will receive a certification as a rebate processor. Members of the program can start processing rebates as soon as they complete there 7 week training program. You will be provided with the list of companies for which you can process the rebates and earn $15 to $50 per rebate. And there is no limit for processing the rebates. We can certainly assure you that there are enough good opportunities in there once you start working on our program. Please try it and feel free to contact us. Contacting them does not do any good. A different person always responds.

Thank you

COMPANY LOCATED IN NICOSIA CYPRUS - USA LAWS DO NOT APPLY

AUTHOR: Bobsjazz - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 12, 2008

Before signing up and sending your hard earned money to this scammer, you should have read their disclaimer. It states tht the company is operated in Nicosia Cyprus, NOT IN THE GOOD OLD USA, where a legitimate company should be located. This means they pay no taxes, and are not bound by the trade laws of the United States. Good luck in getting uoir money back, but you most likely will fall victim to their scam. I suggest you file a dispute with your credit card issuer, they may be able to backcharge the merchant. But act quickly, most credit card companies only allow 60 days from when the charge was posted to file a dispute.
