Angela Lynn Mersch has multiple current felony charges (Jun-July 2010), and is still on probation. Ramsey County Sheriff finally had her 9/16 at 3:50 pm and she made bail in 4 hours. She was also arrested at the Woodbury KOHL's on Thursday 9/2/2010 and let go& then a short 8 days later she took employee purses from a Vet Hospital sometime around 5pm on Friday, September 10th & proceeded to use the hard working girls credit cards to buy a $100 phone card, etc.
