I have been visiting websites for workinng from home. I was sent an E-mail for this Angela Penbrook in respect to processing repates online. Her offer was an E-book to train me in the position. When I went to the site it asked for my personal or shipping address. Then for payment information of $197.00. I fillled out the information but was never able to download the E-book.

I sent an E-mail to the address I was given to have this charge credit back to me. Several weeks went by and my creditor was not charged. So in thinking that the matter was resolved.

Then on the 28th of Febuary I was charged the 197.00 dollars. There was a phone number to call (1-800-324-9708). When calling the number the first two choices I was put on hold then just recived a bussy signal. I then was able to speak to an apparent acompliss and was give an E-mail adders to send in my request to cancel the order and to recive a refund in full. But the address I was given was to long to inable me to send any request. (Customerservice@penbrookprodutions.com).
