 I have had the pleasure of Angelia & DBS keeping the books for my company for many years. She does an excellent job. Never once was her integrity questioned. We trust her unequivocally. My business partner has worked with her for over 20 years. She has kept the books for multiple business ventures for him. If she wasn’t top notch she wouldn’t have lasted a week. Part of what my company does is service federal contracts. We are federally licensed to do this type of business. All of my employees have to pass background checks. Angelia has always passed. What is really disgusting is that anyone can make up lies and post them here. This website is the modern day equivalent of the "locker room wall”. How can anyone believe these so called "reports”? Everyone of these slanderous post under Angelia’s name have been perpetrated by her abusive ex-husband. He goes to great lengths to harass her without getting caught so he doesn’t violate the multiple restraining orders in his name. This is just another way that he stalks her. None of what is mentioned here is true. This is all nonsense from a disgruntled ex-husband who did not get what he wanted out of the divorce.

Notice how both businesses with negative comments have Anonymous profiles. 

That is because the ex-husband has recently been released from jail & now because of a restraining order the only way for him to attack is through the business. He was a violent individual with a violent criminal backround that often frightened off clients & threatened individuals on a regular basis when not getting what he wanted. The fact that he would try & say she is faking her cancer is dispicable. There are hospital records & doctors who will provide whatever information is needed to prove that her cancer is real, & prove this is just a sad game being played by the deranged ex husband in an attempt to sabotage Ms. Dimattia & Diverse Business Services. It's a terrible accusation to attack a persons health let alone character, but Mr. Snider is doing the only thing he has left to do, which is to attempt to slander Mrs. Dimattia's name & business because the courts did not agree with his side. 

If all this were true she would have several lawsuits against her & no customer base. 80% of her clients have been using her for 10+ years & recommend her to friends & family because of the high level of satisfaction & the undoubtable work ethic that can be seen by any of her clients. 

As for the case : "SEE CASE NUMBER VA117264" located at the Norwark Superior Court. mentioned by the anonymous user, Ms. Dimattia was a witness called to the stand, neither defendant nor prosecution. The case is irrelevant to the comments left by the user. 

I'd like to bring to the attention that both the negative comments are from an anonymous users. If they have legitimate concerns, then why are they hiding the name of the business that was "ripped off". 

At the end of the day, anyone can post whatever they want on these sites thanks to internet privacy & freedom of speech. Rip off Report, the BBB, Yelp, etc all require large deposits to remove negative content which most small businesses can not afford. If there was a legitimate issue, then the business ripped off would be looking for a resolution to their problem, but the main goal here is slander due to personal history.

 Everything in this repot is accurate and true. Angelia Dimattia has stole from my company and has also claimed to have cancer. She has embezzled over $350,000.00 from our company. She makes false companies inside Quick Books and sends checks to pay her personal payments and send funds into her personal bank accounts. We have filed this with the Riverside Sheriffs department. 

  She will fake her cancer to try and win sympathy from her employer, She takes long vacations claiming that she is going in for cancer treatment, she is a professional con artist.    She has stole over $400,000.00 from another business in Orange County. The company had to go out of business because of this.    One thing I can tell you from experience. Cut this person out of your life ASAP. I think that she could have something up mentally like she actually believes that she is in the right some how. She believes her own lies.      To Law Enforcement,    Both companies, mine and the one in Orange County has provided tons of incriminating evidence and yet no action has been taken. Forged checks, documents, money sent from accounts, credit cards paid, money stole. It seems that law enforcement doesn’t seem to care. I have long said goodbye to my money but what concerns me the most is that this person will continue to do this over and over agin. These actions destroy family’s, Destroy business’s that provide many people with a means to provide for there family’s.

In 2010, Angelia Lisa Dimattia doing business as Diverse Business Services was the bookkeeper for Ajax Forge in Vernon, Califonia. Angelia Lisa Dimattia was charged with 5 counts of forgery for stealing checks from the owner of the company. SEE CASE NUMBER VA117264 located at the Norwark Superior Court.

In her plea agreement, Angelia Lisa Dimattia plead to one count of forgery and was ordered to pay full restitution of $8,841.64 and serve 120 hours of community service. Angelia Lisa Dimattia asked to court to allow her to serve her community service at the CHAO FAMILY COMPREHENSIVE CANCER CENTER SO THAT SHE COULD CONTINUE TO PERPERTRATE HER RUSE ON EVERYONE THAT SHE HAD CANCER WHEN SHE DID NOT.

Angelia Lisa Dimattia has never had cancer!

I have known Angelia Demattia for over 20 yrs now.  I use her services to do my business and personal taxes.  She is 100% legit and would never ever steal money.  She does have a degree.  And, so her website is somewhat subpar; I know alot of businesses that their website is subpar.   As far as her faking cancer; no, I was personally was contacted by Angie when heard the news...she is not faking cancer...why would anyone ever do that!  As a personal and long time friend, I can say that Angie is the kindest, loyal, trusting (sometimes too trusting), trustworthy person I know.   The false accusations are made by her exhusband who just got out of jail.  He violates restraining orders so he can stalk her.  He is a piece work; trying to sabatoge her personal life and her business. 

DBS was referred to us by a friend when we were looking for an Accountant. Angelia and her company DBS has been providing his company with her services for over 20 years.My friend highly recommended Angelia and DBS. Angelia has worked with us for over 10 years now. She has been handling all of our accounting needs including payroll,accounts payable and recieveable,credit cards,taxes and banking. She has also helped us with all of our incorporation needs as well. Never once has her honesty or integrity ever been questioned. I trust her and DBS unequivocally. She is absolutely the best Accountant I have ever worked with and has saved us thousands of dollars. Whomever wrote this slanderous report obviously has never done business with Angelia or DBS.
