I ordered 6 vials of Frontline Plus for cats and paid by credit card. I received only 3 vials. I contacted the company via phone but never got through. I contacted them also through email about four times. The first three times, I received emails from the company saying the remaining part of my order would be shipped soon. I never received the second half of my order, and I never heard from them after the fourth email. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB in Calgary, but they say the company has not responded to their inquiry.
