AnnieCloth Scammed by AnnieCloth.com

Ordered several items from AnnieCloth.com.  Wasn't aware that clothing was made in China.  Received most of the items more than a month later and the quality of materials and stitching was poor quality and did not match the items shown online. 

Still haven't received one item and its now been almost two months.  Emailed the company five times requesting a return form, mailing address and phone number.  They only replied once, to state that they would only offer a 15% refund. 

Requested a full refund to credit card since they are refusing to provide a refund/return form, mailing address and phone number.  They are not responding to my emails.
