These people said they could fix my computer on the first day I called them. I was on the phone with them for four hours. They couldn't fix my computer and I asked for them to cancel my account and refund my full amount of $139.99, they had a representative call me and all they want to talk about is how today they can fix it. Yesterday they couldn't but they could fix it really good this time. This computer repair service is a ripoff and I want a full refund. Not the 39.99 they offered me, they did nothing and they want to charge me for it. No way!
