Anthony Carrier Liar, drug user, doesnt support his children Oakwood Ohio

Anthony Carrier does not pay for support of any of his children that are not in his care.  He has 3 possible 4 children that he hasn't paid a dime.  He says he doesn't believe in child support because the state takes some of the money, but in fact it's because he won't pay.

He has a long history of drug abuse.  His one child was adopted because he refused.  

He is a scammer for sure.   His wife Kayla Carrier has a long history of drug abuse, and mental illness. Where she has been known to cut herself, beat Anthony up, destroy the house, and tried on two occasions to kill herself and the baby she was carrying.

They are seeking people in their new area that don't know about them to babysit others kids within their home.
