tony chalas offered owner finance house 5000 to 10000 down,in local paper.we contacted him looked at house liked it,he said he owned it ,made offer 7000 down every penny we had.we meet at local walmart,signed contract.gave him 7000 dollars cash.october 17.three weeks later he was wanting a payment,after we agreeed dec 15 first payment,we started getting nervous.soon after that the real owners got in touch with us,told us tony was going to buy the house.had them sign a paper. which he used to forged a deed.they contacted tony said they wanted no part of this.they have a mortgage and its 7 months behind now their going to forclose .tony chalas will not give me my money back he is a fraud.
