I was ripped off for more than $2,000 in residuals. I started there when they were a start up company and worked for them for six months. I was never paid per my contract. Don't make the same mistake. They seem nice and honest but look out! They will find a way to take your money.
To pick up a paycheck, I met the owner in a parking lot. Supposed to be at 5 but I waited till 6:30 at night where he threatened and forced me to sign a relinquishment of residuals.

Carol was a commission based independent contractor that had difficulty closing deals. She worked out of her home and received commissions on the few accounts she closed despite receiving valuable leads from the company. The company actually accelerated her commissions to help her with her inability to generate commission income. She requested that she be allowed to work in our office so that she could be given additional guidance. Her behavior was so disruptive in the office that we actually paid her (as a draw against commission) to leave the office and work from home again since EVERY person of the office complained about her.
After several weeks of payment for non-performance, we asked Carol to update our database with the status of her deals. She refused to provide the information and quit for good. She had previously quit an estimated 6 previous times after which she would beg for her job back.
In the end, we would have loved for Carol to generate residuals totalling $2,000. The facts are that she closed a total of three companies which generated a total of $98 of monthly residuals when she quit. For those efforts, we paid $4,676 as a draw against the commissions that never occurred. Pacific Bankcard Services was the one ripped-off!!!
