GE Warranty/Federal Warranty Service via the U.S. mail sent mail to our house w/Model # and Serial # of the Washing and Gas Dryer for an extended Warranty.

I never got any Contract or Paper work!!!!!! but my debit card was billed on 01/26/2012 inthe amount of $180.88
