He listed a laptop as 1080p FHD. The laptop I received was only 720p HD, quite a big problem nearing the year 2023. I opened up a return claim and was provided a return label. I shipped the laptop and 12 days later I received an email saying my return is closed and I will not get a refund. I see that anthony claimed to never have received the return. Upon further investigating and checking the tracking number it is my belief he provided an invalid undeliverable address knowing the package would get stuck at the post office and not be delivered. Ebay automatically decided the claim in his favor without a human ever reviewing the situation.  I sent this man pictures and screenshots explaining how he committed mail fraud by mailing me the wrong item and not the one I paid for. I showed the tracking explaining his invalid address and his response was basically not his problem and no refunds.

I investigated this guy and see he has registered many companies in Michigan and pretty much none of them seem to actually exist. He is a bad Ebay seller that takes advantage of the automated website policies and he has ripped me off. I hope this complaint can save even one potential victim and I will have the Michigan Attorney General joining me in this investigation soon as well as the Postal Inspectors. I do believe the IRS needs to investigate him as well.
