Anthony Lucca is associated with Believe Treatment Centers for people battling drug rehabilitation. This guy is up to all kinds of unscrupulous things. Recently evicted and arrested for domestic violence, this guy needs to be avoided. He doesnt care about anyone's healthm he just wants the insuracne money then kicks people out onto the streets to keep up the bad habits. Avoid Anthony Lucca - true scum.

You can call anyone unscrupulous but where's the beef. This Rip-Off report does not substantiate the charges. I know Tony from early on, as he was getting a start in the business. He's received the best education in the business and he is an upstanding guy who cares about running an honest operation.
Anyone in the drug rehabilitation business is interested in the insurance checks, because those are the life blood of the operation. High-minded folks, like Tony, would not be serving the addicted without insurance checks
