The cops new I had the warrant,but they couldn't do anything.I went affter sometime and turned myself in,It was the best thing I've ever done in my life.

 You know who's not happy with their life when their busy discussing others In order to bring me down you have to be able to reach me.

It always amazes me how people are so involved in other peoples business in this world..to set up an account in order to respond to a mother whos child was severely injured by his father, which our business doesnt pertain to you in any way shape or form... i created my complaint OVER A YEAR AGO BY THE WAY..LOL..so for you to tell me to get over it..you make yourself look like a fool responding to a year old post.. God Bless you and i truly truly hope you find something or someone that occupies your time so that you arent wasting mine with silly nonesense... I will pray for you ... Being a mother is the greatest gift in the world!. Protecting my son is all ive ever done and i will ALWAYS protect him. Especially from monster abusers like his father. And whoever cant understand this ... well its not really your place to tell me how to raise my son... God Bless All!

 Only a heartless person would tell me to let it go.. You obviously have no kids of your own or are a child abuser your self. One who defends one is likely one themselves. He is good at convincing people he is the victim. Looks like you are just another fool that feels sorry for him. I didnt have his truck repoed by the way.. Thats what finance companies do to cars when people dont pay their car note.. . he is doing his time .. My life and my sons life continues to thrive!.. God bless you.. let it go ok? the man made a mistake your son is fine plus your the one who had sex and made a baby with him. hes work with me for 2 years in cali and never did need do anything wrong , he hung with the wrong idiots by burger king  and slept in the street cause you had his truck repo ed he is back in neveda paying for his mistakes  so f****** chill....

I forgot to mention it wasnt until ANTHONY MOLANO had relocated to California that i discovered there was an arrest warrant out for him. During the court proceedings in Nevada the detectives working the child abuse case were negligent in making sure they followed up and that all info was SPELLED correctly. They mis spelled his last name so it got overlooked, if they had spelled it correctly the first time then he would have been arrested at one of the court hearings. But instead, he got away due to a typo. I called the detective and asked her to get it corrected so that if he were to get arrested for any reason, the arresting officer would be topped off when he looked up Anthony by name. A wanted child abuser isnt going to OFFER up that info to a cop when hes being arrested for something else. Now if the officer does his job then he should look Anthony up by his social security number but as ive learned through this whole ordeal is that the police have only made things worse by letting him get away because of their negligence. 

By the tone of your response, one would think you are friends with the child abuser.  Everything in my original report is true. I wish i wasnt here on this site needing to file a report in the first place but i wont be able to live with myself if another child is hurt by him...if he could put bruises on a 4 month old baby then god only knows what else hes capable of.  That 4 month old baby was my son! If i can save another child from going through what my son did then im going to atleast try. who are you to judge, how about some advice rather than being critical of a situation you know nothing about. If we cant count on the police to do their job and put this monster away then atleast I can  make the community aware so that they can protect themselves

Id love to hear how a child abuser with an arrest warrant gets arrested in another state but avoids extradition on 3 different occasions

Well if that is true, please tell me why is it that when Mr. Molano was arrested by police in California and they contacted authories in Nevada and said "we got a guy here with a felony arrest warrant out Nevada. Do you guys want us to hold him so you can come pick him up?", their response was they werent going to come to California to pick up Anthony Molano because the farthest Nevada is able to send a sheriff out to drive and extradite is some town in california ... Apparently the city of Burbank is further than that town . This is what a police officer of the  Burbank Police department told me.  

 There is no such thing as laws of extradition between States.  That only pertains to other countries.  So your report is mute.
