I am a frustrated Seller. I listed my vehicle for sale twice within the week on Ebay. The first auction, I thought was going rather well, until I ran into a BAD BIDDER!! He goes under the name of Butter2005a, or a fake name he says is his wife's, eppie_v. He bid on this vehicle and then turned around and retracted his bid, because he was said to have bought something else. I left it alone and never said another word about it, figuring it still had plenty of time to be sold. At the last minute he bids on this truck again, one penny under reserve price. If anyone knows how ebay works, if the reserve price doesn't get reached he doesn't have to honor his bid. I contacted him with a second offer and he did not take it.
I simply listed the vehicle again, and put in the ad, NO BAD BIDDERS!! He came in under a different name and bid on the truck again. He wanted me to send him a second chance offer at a different price, and told me he would wire me the money on the first of November.
I just got another email from this fraudulant person, and he is backing out of the deal.
This person is not to be trusted whatsoever, or his so called wife, which I'm sure he does not have. I have never spoked to the woman and I tried calling the supposed work number he gave me for her and it just happens to be busy 24/7 and this is supposedly LAX Airport that she works at..
PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH SICK PEOPLE!! THEY NEED PSYCHIATRIC HELP!!

It is a shame that the individual who posted this claim, did not get all of the facts straight.
This incident DID OCCUR, but the guilty party was NOT Anthony or Eppie Villaire.
After a full investigation by the Chula Vista Police Dept., a former employee of Mr. Villaire was arrested and charged with numerous internet crimes involving the use of Mr. Villaire's personal information. The former employee pleaded GUILTY to 18 charges and is currently serving 4yrs in the CA Prison System.
