Anthony Zafarino False representation Coconut-Creek Florida

On August 12th, 2012 I purchased a 1995 Lincoln Towncar from Anthony Zafarino through ebay for $4650.  On the ebay listing he claimed the car was in pristine condition.  I paid $600 to have the car delivered from Florida to New York.  When the car arrived, its condition was nowhere near what had been described in the ebay listing.  The transmission was leaking badly, the Brake light was on, none of the windows were going up and down, the mirrors were damaged and all the mouldings on the body were falling off.
