My management company used this comapany to look at our AC unit. Despite the fact it was running they charged $122 to change the AC filter. The AC filter they replaced it with was ripped and did not fit. When I called them about this matter their customer service sucked. This is the 2nd time my management company have used this comany and both times have been an expensive disaster. I would advise anybody never use this company unless you ahve money to waste.

Anthony’s was called out by a Property Management Company for a no cool at the residence in question. The air conditioner was not cooling due to an impacted filter. We changed the filter, cleared the drain line, and adjusted some closed vents.
Even though our service trucks carry a wide range of filter types and sizes, occasionally the technician comes across a system that requires a size they do not have. In these cases, we custom fit a filter on-site.
The unit was cooling properly when we left. Our office spoke with the Property Manager who called us out and offered to drop off two filters of the correct size at no charge. The Owner refused this offer.
We refunded the invoiced amount back to the Property Management Company. We are sorry to hear about any of our customers having a negative experience with our service. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
