Antibarking Device.com Shipped me a totally different product than what I ordered Converse Texas

I purchased an anti barking device pictured in website and ... after waiting a month received a cheap piece of junk from China.  Didn't look like what I thought I had purchased, it isn't even close.  They don't answer the phone, don't return calls, don't respond to messages sent through website.  If you call or send multiple messages you are blocked.  I finally got someone on the phone to complain and they hung up on me.  When I tried to call again I then received a rude text message.  Texting seemed to be the only way to get through.
