Antionette Jones I ordered the steam straightener in July and I have not received the item. I tried to find my order tracking number in but it says the page is unavailable. I have not been contacted about the item . It was taken out of my account. Saint Louis Missouri

I went to the website Elly's World to get those steam straightener for my clients with thick natural hair. I was suppose to receive them in four to eight weeks and did not get a confirmation number for my order and no talk of refunding my money. And I want it back. Please help me get my money back and shut down this company ogre website.
